Dear Mr. Scozzari:

When I think back to the summer of 2001, 1 cannot help but feel like without you and SBI, we would never have completed all of the projects on time for the School to open. As I leave my current position of Facilities Director at The Hun School of Princeton, I feel compelled to express sincere thanks again for producing quality construction to the School. As I recollect, we have collaborated in multi‑million construction projects, fire sprinkler installations, teaching laboratories, and minor office construction in the past 5 years. Through this association I have had the distinct pleasure of working with you and fortunately for The Hun School of Princeton, we have learned the unique capabilities of SBI. I am totally appreciative of both and wished to share these thoughts with you and your company.

General contracting is a tricky business. There is a lot of give and take. Your niches with us was that you never made a dream, thought, or idea seem impossible to accomplish, even thought the plans offered such a situation. If I were to describe your company to you, I would use the following:

·          firm in producing the product within budget

·          friendly in the delivery of services to the customer

·          fabulous in company personnel and selection of sub contractors.

These all add up to satisfied customers, happy workers, and a finished product to be proud of Nick, we are proud to be associated with SBI and wish all of your future customers the same success that we have enjoyed. Thank you and I wish you the and SBI the best.

Sincerely,

Patricia G. Smith

Facilities Director
